Hi guys! I wanted to share this recipe we tried & loved!

Fridays during Lent mean no meat & sometimes we get stuck in a rut & struggle to come up with something that we aren’t completely tired of eating. We were scrolling through Pinterest when we came across this recipe for Creamy Avocado Pasta from The Comfort of Cooking. We both saw it & were like, “Oooohhh, that looks so good!” We love that it’s a unique pasta dish & it’s creamy but not heavy like most cream sauces are. It also came together so fast, which makes it an easy dish even on a busy night.

I tweaked the original recipe– we found that the lemon & basil were a little aggressive for us, so instead of 2 avocados I’d use 2 1/2 (which I wrote below) or you could also just use a little less lemon & basil.
